in order to download first open the torrent website say piratesbay.sx ,extratorrent,etc....search your movie in that torrent i mostly prefer pirates bay so i will illustrate it with pictures for your convinience rest all have same process if any problem feel free to contact me.
step0-download and install idm
step1-open http://thepiratebay.sx/
step2-search your movie game or vedio you wish to download
step3-open the website or link in search result you wish to download from.
step4-click on download torrent..if torrent don't download worry not just copy the link of torrent
step5-
Now we have to get to an intresing website in tab ie..www.boxopous.com
step6-sign in it with your facebook account..
step7-upload the torrent file you downloaded in step 4..or paste the link
step8-
step9-put the torrent in dropbox and wait for some time...it depends on size of file ...after dropping your content to dropbox close website and relogin in it after say 7-8 hours you will get your file shown as in above picture...just click on it to download or copy and paste link in idm to download
